In 1972, Phillip G. Goudeaux underwent a radical transformation when he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ into his life.
Once a militant member of the Black Panther Party, Phillip now followed a new agenda. After becoming a Christian, Dr. Phillip chose to devote high energy on brining all people together to maximize their potential by teaching them their rights and privileges in Christ. Â
In 1976, Phillip responded to the call of God and entered the ministry as a pastor and teacher. 1980, Pastor Goudeaux founded Calvary Christian Center, starting with less than 17 members. In less than three months they grew to approximately 150 people. Calvary Christian Center is one of the fastest growing multi-cultural Churches in the United States.Calvary Christian Center has grown to more than 20,000 members and is in five locations from Sacramento, California to New Hampshire. Calvary has been honored to have many renowned speakers such as Oral Roberts, Kenneth Hagin, Kenneth & Gloria Copeland, Creflo Dollar, Jesse Duplantis, and Marilyn Hickey just to name a few.Pastor Goudeaux is a prominent leader in both the Christian and secular communities. He has authored numerous books and hosted many business seminars throughout the country. This ministry is already known around the world and has made an impact on such countries as Mexico, West Africa, Korea and the Philippines. Dr. Goudeaux is married to his beautiful wife, Brenda. He is the father of three wonderful children and two Grand Children.
